The more I read about this Goldman saga the more I become bewildered and outraged that whatever body has jurisdiction hasn't already gone after Moody's, S&P, Fitch et.al. with civil or criminal charges.

I said earlier that Goldman was taking the advice of the convicted fraudster that mish posted and was getting ready to throw Fabrice under the bus. Not only is he now under the bus, but they are currently backing up to run over him again.
