Back when I worked in a lab the bottle of butyric acid was one of my least favorite things. No matter how carefully I handled it, concentrated essence de retch made it into everything. Through the gloves sometimes. This made nose-picking no longer be the secret stolen pleasure that it should be.

Huh. Looking at the chromosomes sounds like an intelligent idea.

My younger son is graduating with a degree in biology in a couple of weeks, he claims to have acquired some lab skills, I wonder if you can use a regular microscope for said task?

Parenthetically, sad to be thinking of Edwarda and Neocon.

I am still alive and kicking.
