The immigration issue is not a simplistic one where you say "Either you are with us or your are against us." US employers have encouraged illegal immigrants by employing them for low wages. So we now have to figure out what to do with those illegals. They were specifically brought here for cheap labor. Having said that, we then have to look at a nation's right to secure it's borders through strict enforcement of its laws. If we should address the issue of illegals then we also need to do so in the Northern states where we have a significant number of illegals from Europe and Canada.
