I've been reading this thread as well as Ascend's very carefully for several weeks. It seems that both companies are poised to deflate the expectations for future growth and earnings. It seems that caution is the mode of operation lately. I find this to be a better strategy than to overwhelm the investment community with hopes that can't be fulfilled. Hopefully the stock values will linearly increase over a reasonable time frame (i.e. 6 months) rather than just bounce on hype only to fall in the coming days.

I really like Ancor and think that the new management can do much to increase visiblity, especially in the SAN market. I'm pleased with the choices for new board members. I'm looking for FC to grow fast enough that Ancor's products can't ship fast enough.

I just wanted to say this is a great thread with lots of wonderful people who contribute knowingly and lovingly to it. (main reason I just joined S.I.)

Keep up the good work.
