That is not the case. THis is the issue that the Republicans think they can unite their base to come out and vote. It is a well known fact that the immigration issue pits the Republican base against the Hispanics. Raygun and the Bush's did nothing about illgal immigration because their rich friends wanted cheap labor. Everyone knows that. The Republican's had 30 years to do something and did nothing, but one year into Obama's administration and you are all over him. What kind of logic is that?
