Why would anyone want to short a $1.00 stock. The risk - reward scenario is off the charts - The most they can make is $1.00 and for that to happen the company would have to burn up completely. What's the worst that will happen at this stage - a drop of $.20, $.30, $.50 - big deal - On the other hand, if even some of the opportunities come to fruition the upside is significantly more than $1.00. You can do better in Vegas than shorting a stock like this!

FWIW,
I agree with your post at stockhouse on 20 Mill.
Verified, in so much as, discussions are being carried
out at this time. Was informed it would be dilutive if
the discussions succeeded. That lets out reverse split.
Was also informed, no news about corp. update forthcoming
due to being non-news. Info is 10 days old.

ps Foreign investors I believe was stated
