How do you propose doing that, Tim? It is an aquifer. All you need is a pump and mineral rights. There isn't a market to set a price beyond that.

This isn't the CO river. Its an aquifer........you drill down and then pump your water out. The aquifer isn't owned by anyone and most states allow 'mineral' rights to the property owner......so the water he pulls out is his.
