No. They do not, and never did. Not anywhere close, even before Nokia withdrew virtually all contract manufacturing (except the handful of CDMA2000 phones they have manufactured -- <5% of total units) from Foxconn, BYD (and JV partner China TechFaith Wireless), Elcoteq and Jabil Circuit, pulling that contracted manufacture into their own 10 manufacturing facilities early in 2009, while concurrently reducing contract component and module manufacture. At its peak. outside mobile device manufacture and assembly totaled about 20% of Nokia total final assembly and today it's a fraction of that.
