What is the problem?....that is one of his better columns.

However watching the Senate unable to get 60 votes to even bring the Financial Reform Bill to the floor of the Senate for Debate makes absolutely no sense. What the hell is that all about?

Why anybody ever still listens to Tom Friedman is beyond me...

I don't know what galls me more....Friedman taking the tea partiers seriously, or the tea partiers themselves. These are the same people who raised holy hell when Clinton was president and were the so called silent 'majority' during the Reagan years. Whenever they don't have control, they freak out.....and they seem to be getting worse.
