The fact that there is so high volume daily contibutes greatly to the fact that this is going to bottom soon and move up ....so says $250 million in trades per day.

Good luck,

Bob

I agree that OXHP is a buy at these levels. As you follow PPM's do you have any opinion or knowledge of PRG?

Roader & Dr. Zebra:

Atta way to go Roader and Dr. Zebra. Ref. Finklestein et. all.

Let me ask you all a question. If you owned 3 million shares of OxHP like the CEO, and it is trading at $70 plus in August... then, you (Wiggins) sold 10% of your holdings in the $70's range for profits of $28 million.... would you ever conceivably have done this if you'd known you were going to horrendously affect your larger positiion? That is.... $280 million worth of stock! You might think you lost money on this stock threadies but Wiggins hit has been monumental! His loss is around $200 million and counting as the stock sinks away.

It is preposterous to think in terms of insider cabals here. Look at what the officers of this company have lost in this fiasco.

My son in law went to meeting at Oxford in the boardroom in June where they all sat around and discussed the working out of the computer glitches. So much for the cabal.

Finklestein get on your ten speed bicycle and pedal! You're coming to hills...

As a disclaimer I have never been nor am I presently employed by Oxford Health Plans. In this still generally overvalued and over hyped market this company led ten other companies in customer satisfaction in eleven categories during in a sampling of 3,000 New Jersey residents.

Let's try and cheer Wiggins up. He needs it. He needs a ten billion year and a PEof 50 for the mellinium. That way he can retire at 43.
