This law is a direct result of the failure of the federal government to do its job to secure the borders. States like AZ, CA, NM and TX are being bankrupted by federal inaction. This type of state response was to be expected....which does not make it right......but the way to fix this is to get ICE to do its job.....then a state law fix is not necessary....

I agree that it could be a sticky situation if AZ doesn't make it clear how they will enforce the law within the scope of the Constitution. I hope that AZ is successful in implementing it legally & other states soon follow suit. We can't alow the situation we have now to continue unabated.
