well, that's what courts are for.... I won't be putting my money on Mann. I think he will lose....and on several different levels.

Kant, the truth that matters is the truth of the accused, not the truth of the person being "slandered". <Mann et al do respond with the truth. But the slander/libel/scam artists continue on with their well-funded smear campaign(s). > Mann Made Warming is a fact - it's true. So accusing the Climate Change conspirators of conspiring to get public funds for private gain is reasonable and true. "Hiding the decline" was a fraud intended to get loot for personal benefit and to promote their agenda. Good luck to the conspirators proving that it's not true. What a joke.
