>>>I guess I'm right back to where I started with this one two years ago, I can't but help to load up once again. I'm gong for it. One on One.

I'm about 0 and 5 on ANCR, so eveyone may want to sell now.<<<

Todd-I'm 1 for 10 as I usually buy once every two months for the last 20 months. So only my $4 shares are above water . Here are the reasons why I will continue to cost average on ANCR. So though I expect that ANCR will be much higher down the road , I consider this a SPECULATIVE STOCK and have always understood the downside and went in with eyes wide open.
Given that I think that it has a the risk/reward of a startup in a new cutting edge technology.I continue to speculate on ANCR's future.

It has a market cap of 60 million and 130 million at our recent high of 12 in and industry projecting 5-10 Billion in sales by the year 2000.

Market cap is now about 6 or 7 times 1997 revenues. I can live with that.

It will take one moderate contract to double the ammount of ANCR's revenues which will throw the PSR entirely in the long term investors
favor and could reach PSR to 10. You do the math. Then look at the risk reward ratios.

Granite sold for the equivalent of $20 for each ANCR share. Given the state of FC, Given what Granite had to offer, Given what McData, Brocade, Arcxel has to offer, I'll continue to speculate that this new management team has bailed enough water to make repairs that will make ANCR sea worthy.

Though I thought we had a chance to set sail after last conference call, we didn't. Regaining my balance, after swallowing a good deal of salt water, it looks like I have another buy coming up to keep my dollar cost average going. Looks like buy number 11 between now and the end of December. If you don't have the stomach for investing in what ammounts to venture capital, I would not follow this course of action. My time period may be much further out then yours. Is all the bad news out for ANCR? You make the call!!!

Ed

Todd,

If I was 0 an 5 with Ancor right now, I'd consider myself a lucky. Currently, betting on Ancor is a bit like betting on the Bears. We'll (they'll) have to wait for next year to have a winner.

Roger

P.S. I don't know who brought it up, but what is Cisco's commitment to FC? Do they have any switching needs in the future?
