Hi Pat, great questions, let's address each question in turn, although the short answer to both is yes...

When the spiral confirms a sell signal you generally identify potential (lower) levels where buying might again commence. It is my understanding that these levels should not be interpreted as the levels at which the next buy signal will be triggered.

Correct, after a confirmed sell signal, those potential lower levels I refer to as vertical prices because that's where capitulation is anticipated... clearly, one could buy there or just stay short since the market may also continue lower after the likely sharp bounce after hitting that price... it could also be referred to as the capitulation price, because that's what it really is... but in a weak market, prices can still move lower to the next lower vertical price after that sharp rally... so, it's not a buy signal in any way... a buy signal and a vertical price are two very different things... buy signals are always above the market, sell signal are always below the market...

when today's sell signal was confirmed, does the model simultaneously identify the higher targets and/or dates at which a future "buy signal" will be confirmed?

Yes, the model already has given me the exact buy points for each day in the future all the way to the expiration date of this current new down trend... there is nothing to digest in terms of market activity... if you give me a date in the future, I can already tell you at what price a buy signal would be triggered... each day has a different buy price...
