Mr. King, I'm delighted to see you posting here. Postings from corporate officers are immensely valuable to small investors. We rarely see them and have to speculate among ourselves about what's "really" going on sometimes.

Obviously, you know your business better than I can. My first post was a quick reaction to someone's suggestion based on the info I could gather in a short time.

That said, the questions in my first post still make me hesitant to call SNMM a good value play - yet. Do you think Washington will ban Internet gambling in the U.S.? If so, will that affect an offshore-based Internet gambling center aimed at U.S. players sitting in American homes?

The mention of equity financing is another red flag. SNMM already has 20 million shares outstanding compared to less than 6 million for BNGO (plus 3 million warrants). Low profits and lots of shares outstanding make it hard to grow EPS, IMHO. Any comment?

Barriers to entry - like BNGO, SNMM may have jumped in early with a big-picture perspective and the technical talent to become a market leader before anyone else gets going. I think we will know in 1 -2 years if Starnet can hold an edge or if it will face competitors. I was thinking about big competitors with the capital and personnel to duplicate what you have done in a hurry.

On the other hand, the big guys could start looking to buy you out if you succeed, which is good for you and SNMM shareholders.

I hope you continue to contribute to the thread. David Cook saw that I can be persuaded with a little persistence sometime. I look forward to hearing more about SNMM from you.
