3rd time's a charm? The GOP has filibustered the financial reform bill twice now, which is frustrating, but the Dems continue to insist on the silly $50B liquidation fund which won't do a darn thing considering the size of orderly liquidation costs nowadays. Both parties are delusional. The GOP is fighting for Wall Street and the Dems aren't coming up with solutions to the root causes.
