You don´t have to renounce citizenship to avoid taxes. Notice I said avoid and not evade. The well heeled have always have had way to finagle around taxation laws especially when it comes to inheritance tax.

I know a Canadian company head quartered in the Bahamas extra- jurisdictionaly with a subsidiary in Mexico where it conducts 100% of it´s operations to avoid both legal wrangles and minimize taxes. It is all legal and above board. There is no way this company could be competitive without doing this. As far as reporting requirements go it is fully reporting and publicly traded.
