If I read it correcttly those transactions happened between Jul. and Sep. -- they're a done deal being reported after the fact, are they not?

OldDDDD story.... I believe having to do with the US Robotic merger. Something like 30,000,000 shares suddenly were made available for sale. Most of this should be history.

Anyone have a better understanding?
