Depends on your definition of 'harassed' I guess. When did it become harassment to stop someone suspected of criminal conduct and question them?

The governor said the police will be trained to avoid "ice cream" situations.

Obama's going to play this for all the votes he can get.

Had the state and local police enforced immigration laws years ago this wouldn't have escalated to the point of explosiveness it is now.
