Mike: Seriously, I am having trouble following this, but it would seem to me that Mork's beef is with Zapara..on a personal level. The guy seems to have put it to him.no? al

As a LONG shareholder of over 20,000's in certificated form, I would like to hear your answer to this. Are you saying that Mork is short, and that there is a known unreported short position (interest) in the OTC RMIL market? Also, what is your intent as a broker in this forum?

Zapara was brought in by Morgan and given stock. Mork told me he wanted to sell some of his stock and promised to deliver it to Mork after Mork had sold short for him. Then Zapara reneged on his deal to deliver to Mork and ostensibly sold his shares on the open market right after the Palco announcement drove the price up. That left Mork with a short which would have been covered at a big loss to Mork.

Mike you CAN NOT convince me that Mork made his millions by getting into deals as big as that without having a written and enforcable agreement... in the immortal words of Elmer: sassystuff.com

Put on your "sanity hat" for a minute and think about it...

Micheal,

If this is the theory:

"Zapara was brought in by Morgan and given stock. Mork told me he wanted to sell some of his stock and promised to deliver it to Mork after Mork had sold short for him. Then Zapara reneged on his deal to deliver to Mork and ostensibly sold his shares on the open market right after the Palco announcement drove the price up. That left Mork with a short which would have been covered at a big loss to Mork."

Then how many extra shares did Mork short?
