Do you think the illegal bill will save Brewer's campaign?

* With so much attention on Arizona politics of late, it's worth noting that Gov. Jan Brewer (R) trails state Attorney General Terry Goddard (D) in the latest survey from Public Policy Polling, 47% to 44%.

Thanks for the link Ted, but it doesn't say anything about what percentage of non-citizen foreign-born workers are in AZ illegally.

Do a search under University of AZ and non citizen foreign workers....the U of AZ has done several studies on the subject during the past ten years.

Maybe increasing limits is a possibility but there is the problem that Americans won't do certain jobs

That's exactly why I'm all for increasing the limits on legal immigration. Can't kick out the illegals without a plan to fill the economic void.

Of course, the biggest opponents against increased legal immigration are the unions.

And your average American. The problem in AZ is not the loss of jobs to illegals........its racism and the fear of the drug cartels.
