SURG is up 4.42% on moderate volume.
The stock hasn't closed its UG of Apr28 and has resistance at the $2.80 & $3 level before it can retest its Apr28 H at $3.19

But 4.42% in a day isn't bad. As I mentioned many times, one should be more than satisfied if one could average 2% on a week, and believe me, a net 2% on a month time isn't that easy. And that is because we all make mistakes along the way, And that's why is always very, very important to keep your losses short. <g>

SURG has announced its preliminary results for the 3rdQ related to the allocation of proceeds from the settlement, license and supply agreement with ACL and the expected gain from the sale of the Omni product line to SYK.

SURG has modest LTD and small +CF.The earnings on the 2ndQ were much better in spite of 5% lower revenues.

There is no ACTAY
The stock is off from its longer term DT coming from its March 2006 H at $8.78
With some good news it seems the stock could get to test the resistance at the $4 level.<g>
