Yes. The high Arms readings from the recent days is making its mark...

EDIT: However, SPX hasn't gone above 10-bar ema on hourly. And RSI is coming back up to 50. This is precisely the area where it should turn down - if it is going to.

I don't understand how the markets can ignore Spain, an economy greater than Greece's by a few factors, and go on a serious slide when Greece's bonds get rated as junk.

The Spain news is not entirely unexpected, but neither was Greece's.

Looking at the big picture, it appears the EU is going to have serious problems.

I think the UK needs downgrading, Italy too.

All of that is on the way. Yet the market rallies today.

An opportunity for someone.
