Mark, Hi!!!! Is this great news or what....???? Where is the bad news...????? This dip is once again a wonderful buying opportunity for those that don't fall for the fear mongers lies.... CPQ and Dell are stealing like mad.....IBM couldn't get their computers on the floor of the ice rink when my daughter went to buy a computer her freshman year at Cornell...Apples everywhere; HWP everywhere....no Dell....Direct!!!!!! IBM couldn't even meet the shipping date for the universities and colleges of this country...as if they didn't know that is when a multitude of students would be buying one...we waited 3 weeks for the delivery after buying what we thought was the best at the time...from this article it sounds as if the author still feels they haven't gotten their act together... Just another reason why the direct sales approach is the dream of the consumer...and Dell has it down to how many hours now????...and will soon get it down lower???? Talked with someone the other day who is working on the web sites for Dell.........EXCITING STUFF!!!! Should be a tremendous costs savings project for the company and cut down on even more time....
