Forget the truth of the original argument, that was just a knee jerk reaction driven by the underlying need to show religion (any Christian form only please) and the bible in it's perfect purity and the ultimate truth.... WIN "something" at any cost... hmmm, where have we seen that before... here's a few concepts driven by and twisted to support the underlying belief that "Science" is ""evil"" and atheistic. 1.) Evolution (using disagreements among biologist/scientist about the particulars of evolutionary theory somehow = evolution is a myth. 2.) "Science" being a secret cabal promoting atheism as it's underlying theme (as opposed to "some" scientists being atheists by using their own freaking heads). 3.) related to #2: R. Dawkins and his books on atheism represent Science as a whole. 4.) Charles Darwin being driven by his atheistic beliefs... 5.) ... is responsible for gun violence today in "Columbine" type events due to his theory... much more important than say violent media. 5.) Physicists invented > 1 universe to avoid the "obvious" alternative that (in some unexplained way) explains everything: god. there are more.... but time to move on. DAK
