Curly, see if you can explain this post I picked up from the ASMLF thread. Evening news from Motley Fool: ASMLF upgraded to strong buy! ASM LITHOGRAPHY (Nasdaq:ASMLF - news) rose $4 1/2 to $83 5/8 after a "strong buy" from MSDW & Co... I have not verified this post. If this is the case then MS must be ready to up grade Cymer because approximentaly 60 percent of ASMLF's production in 1998 will be DUV steppers. This is a fact. Regards, Ray

Re: Insider Sell (my question answered) Hi Curly, Thanks for the info. I am not a subscriber of Edgar Online. So the only thing I can see is a list of 144 filed. I totally agree that 12k shares should not be considered as insider selling. Now I am almost ready to jump in(waiting for a day that DOW down 100+) :-) Thanks again for clearing this up. --Hua
