Mike: to carry it one step further, when Zapara didn't give him the shares, why didn't Mork just cover, and taken whatever legal action he could have against Zapara? I would imagine that he would have some legal recourse? If not, then could you explain to me why he wouldn't? Did Mork do something illegal, that he wouldn't be able to go to court? This is really getting confusing for me. TIA..Al

You've now recommended, in more direct terms than that, that 3 specific individuals sell some of their stock, and twice that all shareholders should sell some or all, especially if they are currently looking at a profit. That is in direct violation of the rules governing licensed brokers, you shrugged it off by saying "I didn't specifically say to sell". You want to play guess what they really meant, I'd think you'd lose.
