With the wind power towers, (of course), the cost of your 'fuel' is zero.... (One potentially investable idea I've come across though relates to the most high-tech of these wind generators --- like the ones being installed in the latest generations in Europe now. They are built with extremely powerful permanent magnets in the generator coils. All of these 'super magnets' are made with 'rare earth' metals, Neodymium among others, which are also components in a lot of other modern high-tech gear... headphones, iPhone, hybrid cars, etc., that are seeing increasing demand.)
