Mike - There are two EDGARs on the Internet -- one free, and one that is fee-based. The fee-based EDGAR (EDGAR-ONLINE) usually posts filings a few days before the free EDGAR does. So in a day or so, we should be able to get the information on the "free" EDGAR:
