bc, i've been tracking IYR and gold. IYR has been outperforming up until yesterday. there was a 4.5% one day swing in gold's favor yesterday. i'm eyeing my long bullion and short IYR investment. i think the market collapses and takes both down, but CRE should drop a lot more than gold as the banks are continually back stopped with more national wealth. we have nothing for 25 million who die of starvation every year, but we have $10s of trillions for some bankers who might hit the unemployment line. criminal bankers at that.
