In one respect, I agree with you: "small changes" is what we're seeing. You appear to believe that this will right the wrongs, stop the thefts, correct the system, and punish the perpetrators. The rule of law (as successfully practiced and advocated by William K Black) is being defeated, yet it's to that violation which you commend us. If it were truly the rule of law, I would agree. In fact, it is the opposite: it's illegal, and continues the fraud. It increases the theft by socializing the losses, and stealing from future generations. But not to worry, people will acquiesce to your small changes, because they fear the alternative. The day of reckoning will be postponed. Jim
