I'd say 80% of the folks I deal with are as tight as a tick. For a long time it was worry, pay down bills, save money, you get the idea. It still is that way only now it's an occasional movie or maybe karaoke night at the local diner where two can eat for $12 - including tip. Nothing extravagant, folks are still worried but they've got more confidence about next month where before they were worrying about today or this week.
Just my opinion, I could be wrong.

For the past 2 months the Russell 2000 has been the powerhouse, it's up 100% from the March 2008 lows, but now it's been lagging... anyone have any clues why? TIA
