Mr. Bill, If I follow the logic of the last few e-mails, the reverse split is going to drive the stock price down in the short term. (BTW: If the vote is next week, how soon would the split actually occur? Would you expect the street's negative reaction to be coincident with the vote or the actual split?) But in the long term, the hope (?) of the major stockholders is that the $5+ price will increase the visibility of the stock and hopefully recover the losses from the split. But if the stock is fairly (?) priced at this point, why would you expect any game that played with the stock price to effect the valuation of the company, i.e. # of stocks X price? mark.
