NiMin Energy (NNN.TO) -- I had asked why they chose to go public in Canada vs. US and the CFO said that management had prior success using that route, and that they believe the TSX is preferrable to the OTCBB in the US. Tomorrow should be interesting, we have oil prices rallying plus a Greek bailout getting announced, which should provide a pretty good headwind. But tomorrow will be the first day that the investors in this offering can sell their stock without having to go short. How many of those guys will decide to book an instantaneous risk-free 15-20% gain, stay tuned.
