It should be clear by now that I anything I say about this stuff is guess work but it would seem to me that a place to store it is not such a big deal. If the dome is heavy enough to handle the pressure and a decent seal with the seabed can be formed, it would effectively plug the hole. And again if it can handle the pressure it could serve as a permanent fix. As for storage,I would think that there are plenty of tankers available and if sea conditions allow, even more barges. Once the pressure is controlled I would imagine that the conduit for bringing product to the surface could be anything from a variation on the collapsible hose that I connect to a pump to move water from a pond to my gardens, or something more substantial. These guys obviously has years of experience in this area, I'm sure that for them, that part of the job will be a piece of cake.
