He paid $400 million in restitution for the criminal case, and $500 million to settle a civil case. Plus $200 million in fines to the SEC

I don't know if that covers all the "widows and orphans" who were clients of Drexel, but I doubt you knew he paid anything before that post.

But tell me, how do you know it was billions, and how do you know it was widows and orphans?
