>>It is not a good number and it has to be fought tooth and nail, but not unconstitutionally.<<

the only constitutional issue is whether the states have the right for border enforcement.

the feds have it, but they don't uphold their constitutional responsibilities.

after all, it is "just a GD piece of paper."

longnshort - who said the above quote?

Obama screwed the pooch with the environmental movement. The oil rigs don't leak any more comment was stupid and the timing was idotic. True, Sister Sarah was dumber with her "drill, baby, drill" comments, as an oil slick the size of Delaware is now approaching Louisiana. But nobody expects her to be smart. If Obama hadn't decided to hell with the environment, I want to be a Republicrook, he could have been laughing at Palin right now. Instead, he's stuck forcing BP to clean up its mess while figuring out that green folks are not all crazies.

BTW, BP is the worst on refinery accidents in Houston, too. I don't know if they are anti-safety everywhere, but the rig and all of the refinery deaths here sure point in that direction.
