Matthew, interesting post. The reason I never got into any interprise
of my own very much, or got too serious about stocks, especially,
is the hold they immediatgely take on you. I saw myself becoming
addicted to gambling, or the same feeling, I'm sure, just watching Dave and Joe everyday on CNBC, and mentioned this to a to a Dean-Witter broker good friend of mine, and he very sweetly said that that was what he was seeing in me, and that had bothered him. Of course, and as always, he
recommended a good solid mutual fund or Motorola once again,
and restated, I just don't want to see you get hurt in the market.

The saying is true that the bulls never suffer, the bears never
suffer, but all the pigs get their throats cuts.

Everything I have is down now and I went through a horrible
range of emotions and then I realized that IF God wanted me to
have money right now, they would all be up! Now I just laugh,
and have a good time with it.

If I lose my seed money, who cares. I have everything I need
and always will. My God shall supply my every need, but He may
not always see that it is best for me to have money to get into
trouble with, separate me from Him, or create problems that I didn't
have before.

I remember that always.
