Kumar, unfortunately the odds are with me. I was long on ASND before. Luckily I cut my loss early. Once investors loose faith in management, it takes a very long time to regain credibility.

The real Cramer on thestreet.com has an article on a successful short seller, who shorts companies where management misleads investors.

Alas, this is true.

With the exception of four big up days ($4-6) in July, ASND has traded down steadily since $60 in June, and with the exception of a nice run in May, it has traded steadily down from $80 Jan 1.

Not a good chart at all. Looks like the frigging Matterhorn.
