I don't have my checkbook out or nothing crazy like that. Plenty of time. I'll watch for a long time before I even consider this joint. I'm thinking it is a buy at $225 a square. I can wait.

And, although the HOA is reasonable now, at that occupancy density, there are going to be some huge increases. That is what happened at the first two Panorama Towers, as the HOA is now up to an absurd .58 a square per month.

Also, I've done more research. It turns out that they call Panorama, "The Melrose of Poker". That does not appeal much to me. So, poker players and strippers.

I'm thinking a house in Summerland is looking better and better.

I hope a bunch of Goldman crims go to jail. That would be just be wonderful.
