RULE DEBATE I didn't think EITHER cash or a basket of stocks counted since neither are a TRADE.... A TRADE to me means make a change from your starting position. I think we should allow people in cash to make one (or whatever N Elroy elects before the contest starts) TRADE of cash to stocks plus cash plus shorts in the month and people in stocks to make one TRADE from their starting portfolio to Cash plus shorts or a mixture of stocks and cash or all cash.. or shorts and cash. Make sense?
