Truthfully, I don't give a F' what went on between Mork and Zapara. That's their business. What matters now is that there is a short position and it will need to be covered. Period.

WOW! You found all this out in one telephone call today!

So why is Mork claiming damages in the USA for an ACT you claim he commiited in Canada. Seems to me the suit falls on Canadian grounds. Even though both parties live in the USA.

Just asking,
Riley G

Mike: So, Mork is blaming Morgan for HIS (Mork's) stupidity. He trusted the wrong guy and got his toe stubbed...Like that's the first time in history that ever happened. That still has nothing to do with RMIL/OVIS on a business level.
I hate to be cruel, but that's his tough luck and our good fortune. No one here has any responsibilty to Mork..Not legally, not ethically, not morally.
It's a cruel world, wish it wasn't but it is. I wish Mork the best after this is all over, but for now..what can I say. al

Hee! The Mork-Zapara relationship reminds me of a sound clip I used to have on my old MAC SE many many years ago... "As they say when you're buying suppositories, with friends like those, who needs enemas???"

Sorry, not terribly relevant to the topic at hand, but terribly terribly funny in this context...
