Has anyone been served from that original suit? The company has not been served yet. Let me get this straight. You are claiming that Mork shorts 100k RMIL (OVIS) stock through Canada, as it would be illegal for him to do it here. Did Mork call the Canadian broker from within the boundaries of the USA to place that order? And if so is that legal? Why did Mork file a suit in California for an action that he willfully committed in Canada. Seems to me that he has to file in Canada in this action. Riley G
