As far as I'm aware, the credit expires today and must be closed by June 30 (please correct me if I'm mistaken on the closure date).

I fully expect TAX CREDIT ROUND THREE by the fall, but it will be too late. The psychology will have reversed.

I'm thinking August/Sept for Vegas as the credit is gone, a bunch will NOT close and relist on the market, BOA (and other banks I assume) will be dumping the inventory, and the spring selling season that never arrived will be declared a bust.

I wonder if they will throw in the Elephant Man if I buy Jacko's place. Of course as Patron says, McDonald Highlands is DA WHIP.

I need more mad stacks.
