the fact that you SELECTIVELY quoted from that wiki article was also telling, since the sentence didn't say ANYTHING about Milken's activities, but only those of the high yield department.

(yes he ran it, yes he took the fall for it, and yes that was probably the right result)

Your omission of the sentence that followed, which somewhat exonerated Milken and blamed the violations on his underlings in the high yield department, is telling of your own agenda.

And your bank robber example doesn't make any sense, as that was obviously illegal.
