Peter, you aren't stating that all milken's "clients" were as happy as a wal-mart shopper who paid 4.99 for a shirt, are you?

the point is that all crime can't be anticipated in advance, hence it is "legal" via the letter of the law even though it is clearly illegal given the spirit of the law.

then again, nobody cares about the law until some "higher power" tells them to care.

i can crow about bernanke being a criminal for breaking federal reserve law requiring him not to take credit parabolic to GDP and nobody cares. that is the ROOT FREAKING CAUSE OF THIS MESS and nobody cares.

fox hasn't said it, so the pubs don't care. cnn hasn't said it, so the dems don't care.

in the mean time, we have criminals running the show. black letter law criminals.
