it does seem that this quote is suspect - thanks for pointing that out. however, the patriot act that bush passed is illegal. it undermines the constitution and that is illegal unless a constitutional amendment is ratified by all the states. in short, bush went rogue and failed his oath to the constitution. so did obama. the right leg and the left leg of the financial oligarch ogre that rules in the shadows, but wants more authoritarian rule and will step forward to take it soon enough.
