Well one of the main differences in low volume options is the lack of manipulation related to it. Just another thing to not watch out for. But you cal always sell them, just that you dont get too much volatility premium added to it.. Like I had to sell my PMCS NOV 25 calls for 6 1/4 when the stock BID was 31 1/4 ask 31 1/2.. They still woudnt but it since they bid the option at 6. Almost called the broker to pull the stock since I can turn around and sell it and make an extra $0.25 on it and with 2 weeks of time premium left on it as well..
