how so? if i understand the law correctly, and i might not, it allows the police to ask for proof of citizenship if there is reasonable suspicion that they may be illegal (perpetrator of a crime).

they can demand i identify myself, or forcibly identify me, if they reasonably suspect i perpetrated a crime - and that's not unconstitutional.

it does not allow police to randomly go around and ask tan folk for their papers (of course, some cops may do that, but charge the cops with criminal harassment when that is done).

that's *specifically* outlawed.

as for illegal search and seizure, you missed the obvious one when the feds and police invaded new orleans homes and stole legal guns as a dry run. unfortunately, it was a very successful dry run.
