I can guarantee that Obama will make sure we are prepared for this going forward. He's competent and believes government works, unlike Bush on both counts.

If he was competent, he wouldn't have promised to close Gitmo in one year .... something he couldn't do.

If he was competent he would have talked to a few NY politicians before deciding to cancel the military tribunal in which KSM HAD PLED GUILTY and try him again in a NYC civilian court.
